Please answer the questions below and we will get your animal on the spay/neuter schedule. Payment is due one week prior to the appointment date; we will not consider your appointment confirmed until payment is received. You must make payment online (no
cash!).
We will contact you and provide you with the drop-off time and answer any questions the weekend before the appointment. If you adopted your dog from us or are fostering; please let us know in the notes section. Do not show up without being confirmed.
